Master Terms of Advisory Engagement
1. Scope of Growth Architecture Sprints
NINE RAILS REACH LLC provides paid acquisition management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), web funnel engineering, local SEO, and performance telemetry services. Specific deliverables, sprint timelines, and retainer tiers are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed with each client partner.
2. Month-to-Month Retainers & SLA Guarantee
Unless otherwise specified in a custom build agreement, retainer engagements operate on a transparent 30-day performance cycle without punitive multi-year lock-in clauses. If agreed-upon diagnostic KPIs are not reached within the designated sprint window, NINE RAILS REACH commits to executing additional optimization cycles at zero additional management fee until baseline benchmarks are satisfied.
3. 100% Client Asset Ownership
Upon full settlement of applicable sprint invoices, the client retains 100% ownership of all ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager), custom landing page source code, analytics properties, and creative assets engineered during the engagement.
4. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, with exclusive jurisdiction in Weber County, Utah.
